Review: Lush - Father Christmas

Here's another Lush Review that I was meant to do before Christmas but forgot, so here it is now :) The bath bomb that I'm reviewing today is 'Father Christmas'.

This bath bomb, as you can see, is pink with white facial parts, and when you place this into the bath it started off red but then as it melts to the centre of the bath bomb, the water goes green in colour.

I found that the green affect made the bath more festive and as I used this before Christmas Day it definatley got me in the mood for it.

As you can see it looks so festive as red and green are the colours for this time of the year. This bath bomb was £3.25 I think and as this is a limited edition bath bombs, I can't find what it contains and all, but for sure this smelt amazing when it was melted. It also made my skin sooo soft, even when I was still lying in the bath. The day after I did become itchy and my skin was irritated but I'm not sure if that's because of this bath bomb or no.

I hope that you enjoyed this Lush Review and if so you may follow my blog :)

And leave a comment if you wish :)

Twas The Night Before Christmas

As it's Christmas Eve, I thought that I would share with you what me and my family do for Christmas Eve/Day.

Ever since me, my brother and sister can remember, our parents always aloud us to open a small present before we went to bed on Christmas Eve, I remember one year I got a trinket from my older cousin and when you took the lid off it would have a design attached to it.

As it's Christmas Eve today I'm soo excited to open one present before tomorrow.

When me and my siblings were younger, every year when it was Christmas, we would alternate where we stay for Christmas Eve such as one year we'll stay our Dad's then the next year we would stay our Mum's. Then we would go to our Mum's (Dad would come too) to have our Christmas lunch as a family, then in the evening we would play games.

As were much older now, we only go to Mum's and then my Dad will come up with our presents and we'll open them all together.

This year there is only my mum and me that will open our presents in the morning of Christmas Day, until my sister comes over with her partner and my nephew, then my Dad will come up with presents, we'll open them all and then we'll have lunch. In the evening were going over to my sister house where we'll have our fun games. We also every year do a quiz which my Pap (Grandad) does for all of us, and we also have a buffet.

On boxing day my brother is coming up to open his presents from us as him and his partner and her daughter are going to have their own Christmas Day on the actual day.

I thought I'd a picture in to make this a more fun blog to read.

Let me know what you do for Christmas Eve and Day in the comments.

Review: Lush - Dragons Egg

One Monday me and my cousin went to town to have a girly shopping day, and I happened to go into Lush were I brought this beauty bath bomb which I LOVE!!

http://img.dooyoo.co.uk/GB_EN/orig/0/7/9/4/3/794344.jpg
lush dragon's egg bath bomb review

This is the 'Dragons Egg' bath bomb and it was £3.25 (which I think is a good price) and this has popping candy and swirling sparkles making this a feast for the eyes as well as the skin. I have purchased this a few times and to be honest it is my favourite bath bomb I have ever brought. The inside is an orange colour which turns the colour of you bath water a goldy/orange tone.

This made my skin sooo smooth afterwards aswell as when I was lying in it. All you have to do is crumble this under running water so then you get no lumps in the bath tub. The scent of this reminds me of the Refresher sweets (which I love to eat hehe).

I hope that you enjoyed my first Lush product review, if you wish to let me know what your favourite product is that you've bought from Lush then leave them in the comments :)

Graze Box Opening

The other day i recieved a Graze box. Graze is an online site where you can have delivered any food that they provide. They have a variety of foods to choose from from sweet, to healthy snacks.

This is the first box that i got and they come in carboard recylcable boxes which I find cute.

This is what the box looks like when you open it and don't you just think it looks so cute?!

The first little snack that I got delivered was these 'Graze's Chocolate Orange' and they contain orange flavoured raisins, orange chocolate raisins, milk chocolate buttons and jumbo raisin. I liked these as I chocolate and also a don't mind raisins.

You would of probably guessed that I LOVED these, I ate them soo quick that I was gutted when they were gone, as there were only 3 tiny pieces. These are 'The Graze Brownie'. I can't find what these contained but you got to try them if you ever get a Graze box.

I would like to say that I HATED these. These are 'Vert Nori-sh Crackers' and these contained Japanese seaweed rice. Sorry if you like seaweed food but for me nooo way. I don't have anything else to say about these as all I can say is ewww and that i'll never again ask for these.

The last packet was these 'Honeycomb Crunch' and thse contain milk chocolate coated honeycomb, raisins and almond. I ate all the chocolate coated honeycomb in one go as I once again LOVE chocolate haha, and them the raisins my mum ate and the almonds we put in a bowl for anyone who want them.

I hope that you enjoyed this blog, check Graze out and if you want you can use this code when you sign up and get your 1st, 5th and 10th box free --->JESSS2FMB (yes there are 3 'S').

See you soon peeps :) xo

Beautiful Water Lillies

I found these Water Lillie's on a pond (obviously) in my college, so me and my two friends Caja and Kim, went there to have a look at them and me and Kim turned into "Photographer" and started taking pictures of them as they looked amazing.

The story behind this pond is that me, Kim and Caja used to go to this college when we were in Secondary School, and nearly the whole group would go there at lunch and just chill out and talk, so this is a memory to keep as we're the only 3 out of our whole group which attended this college again.

I love Lillie's because they look soo beautiful, just relaxing on the Pond in-between the Lilly pads, gleaming in the sun. It was a perfect day to see these flowers as it was a hot sunny day so some have already blossomed and others were now opening.

One of the flowers had a bee inside of them, due to it either collecting pollen or placing the pollen they had, into the flower.

There was also a goldfish with their baby fishes swimming around. I couldn't catch a picture as the water wasn't clear and also because they didn't stop swimming. Haha. There was also a Dragonfly just sitting the on the edge of the pond.

What I Got For My 16th Birthday!

So if you haven't guessed already by the title of this Blog post then you will have no idea what it's about. So this Blog post is just images of gifts I got given or brought myself on my birthday!! If you would prefer to watch me talk about all of these things, then click --->Here<--- for my YouTube video about it all :)

So first of all I got a 'Sweet 16' badge as you may or may not know, I get a badge every year with my birthday age on it :), this was from my Mum :)

I then got this present from my Sister and her partner, and they are 3 brushes from the 'Real Techniques' make-up brush collection, by Sam and Nic Chapman (Also know as Pixiwoo <---Click here for their YouTube Channel) These three brushes are only by Samantha Chapman. I have already used these brushes even though I've only had them like 3 days, but I am OBSESSED with them, and I can't wait to finish collecting them all as now I have four 'Real Technique' brushes in total.
(From left to right) Multi Task Brush- For effortless application of Powder, Blush and Bronzer.
Dome Shadow Brush- Tapered designed smoothly shades and defines eyes.
Essential Foundation Brush- Build flawless custom coverage with Liquid Foundation or Concealer.

hhis is one of 'Tanya Burr's Lip-gloss' (Click her name for her YouTube Channel) from her Lips and Nails collection (Click collection for her collection!) and this is the shade 'Just Peachy'. I love this colour as it's like a baby pick shade which I am starting to get into, I have to put my hands up and say that I find this product quite to much when I apply it to my lips and then it goes a bit clumpy and too much.. I don't know if it's because I applied too much or not. By the way I bought this myself!!

This is another present and this is from my Brother, it's just as simple keyring with a bear holding the number 16. As you don't know me and my Mum have a thing for collecting keyrings :').

I also go this 'Awesome Auntie' coaster from my Nephew, even though he's only 3 months old but you get the idea :). I don't own a coaster to myself but now I do :).

My next purchase was a new set of 'Eyelash Curlers' as my old ones are broken, I got this from Superdrug as ell as Tanya Burr's Lipgloss. These curlers are soooo much better than my old ones as I find them stronger and easier :).

I'm very excited about this next one as I saw it advertise on the T.V and I thought "I'VE GOT TO GET IT" then my cousin showed me that she had it but she had the medium sized one, so on my birthday we strolled into Boots and brought it. The perfume is by 'Marc Jacobs' and it's called 'Daisy Dream' I only brought the small sized bottle as I didn't want to spend all my money on just a perfume, but I think that I've found my new signature fragrance :).

Ooops I nearly forgot about this one. My skin is quite fair so this is the only foundation that is my shade and this is just the 'Max Factor' Lasting Performance Foundation in the number 100 in the could Fair. If you know any other liquid foundation which is the shade then PLEASEEEE let me know as I want to use other brands. I got this from Superdrug as always.

I know that I said I didn't want to spend all my money on a perfume but for AGESSS I have been wanting to get another pair of 'Vans' shoes, so on my birthday I again strolled into the 'Vans' shop and got this pair. This is the colour 'Burgundy' I presume and I am a size 5 in these, if any of you were wondering :).

So this is a sort of thin sweater which I brought from 'New Look' and I LOVE it. At the back the grey material stops halfway then there is a thinner which material that keeps going. This is great to wear over leggings.. plus it is soooo COMFY :P.

This is another top that I brought. This one is again from 'New Look' and it is just a long top (preferably for legging etc.) and it's either white/ivory or cream in colour and it has blue polka dots on it and buttons down the middle with a collar at the top.

My final thing now is again from 'New Look' and this was in the sale as well as the top above and this is a light blue colour from the brand 'Hudson & Rose' and I also love this top as it's bright and lovely to wear in the sun!

That is it for this Blog guys, I hope you enjoyed it and stay tuned for more Blog Posts soon, also go check out my YouTube channel here's the link ---->YouTube.

Argon Oil Review

Argon Oil Shampoo- So the Shampoo from this collection says that it 'nourishes and moisturises leaving hair shiny, smooth & healthy' and yes it does. It also has a lovely scent to it which is one reason for it to grab my attention, and the other reason is due to the packaging. The Shampoo is a little watery so comes out fast, but I feel as if you don't have to use loads of it just a tiny amount full.

Argon Oil Conditioner- The Conditioner is very similar to the Shampoo but on the bottle this one says that it 'rejuvenates and rehydrates leaving hair shiny, smooth & healthy' yet again this does to work to. I love this Conditioner as it's more thick than the Shampoo so you again, don't have to use a lot of it as it spread's evenly and easily throughout my hair.

Argon Oil Hydrating Hair Mask- This is the first ever Hair Mask that I've used in my life and I am soooo happy that I found it as this has made my hair come back to life, due to it feeling dry and not healthy before but now I feel as  if I've got new hair! You can either use to Conditioner or the Hair Mask as it quotes that they do the same thing, so every now and then I mix it up, so one day I'll use the Conditioner and the other I'll use the Hydrating Hair Mask.

Another thing that I love about these products is that they were really cheap and I also love..love..love the packaging as to me it's look all organic and healthy!! :)

The Difference Between Perfectly Clear And L'ORÉAL Paris Mousitiser

This is the first moisturiser that i got and at first i thought that it was great until it stopped doing what it was meant to. For an example, at first it would cover my face and not make it look flaky or dry but as i kept using it stopped doing that. I was disappointed as i liked the look of this packaging and it also smell's soooo good i'm not even going to lie :). As this wasn't good for me anymore i brought this new moisturiser and this a L'ORÉAL one.

This is that moisturiser and i prefer this one to the first mouisturiser as this one works far much better and i have been using this one for a while now and it differently works for me and i will always buy this one unless i decide to try a new one out or if sadly it stops working.

I think that the first Moisturiser is more hygienic than the second one as the Perfectly Clear one you have to squeeze out of the bottle so then nothing like germs can go back inside. But for the L'ORÉAL Paris one, this is a tub so you would have to keep putting your fingers into it in order to get it out, by doing this you could place germs into it.

Comparing Dream Matte Mousse Foundation To The Foundation True Match.

The first picture is the Maybelline New York Dream Matte Mousse Foundation. I found that this wasn't as good as I would of liked it because this foundation made my face flaky and it also didn't stay on throughout the day and didn't seem to be doing anything. From looking inside you can see that I have hit the pan so this goes to show that this wasn't a waste of money and that I used it a lot.

The second picture is the L'ORÉAL Paris The Foundation True Match. I thought that I would try out a liquid foundation instead and as I hage only used this for a week I can already see an improvement, as it doesn't make my face flaky and it lasts a lot longer than the mousse. In the future I would definitely keep buying this one.

The third picture is both of them swabbed onto the back of my hand with the mousse on the top and the liquid one underneath. The mousse is in the number 021in the colour Nude and as you can see this one is darker than my skin colour. Then the liquid one is in the number R2-C2 inthe colour Vanilla Rose/Rose Vanilla or I just think beige or ivory. This one is lighter than the other one and you can see that this is the same colour as my skin colour so is perfect for me to use.

I request a liquid foundation if your face is dry or flaky as it covers up any scars, blemishes etc. This liquid foundation is also good for people with sensitive skin as it's made of Micro Mineral.
